Melanie Schnitzler has been appointed head of global corporate communications at the Villeroy & Boch Group. In her role, she is leading global corporate communications, employee communications and brand communications. In addition, she has responsibility for the company's gastronomy & tourism division, which includes Villeroy & Boch World and the Saareck Castle Guest House at the company's headquarters in Mettlach. In her role, she will report directly to CEO Gabi Schupp.
Melanie Schnitzler has over 25 years of management experience with a broad expertise in communications including brand and corporate communications, employee communications, as well as employer branding. She started her career in the beauty industry and subsequently gained experience in various positions in the fast-moving consumer goods sector at local and global levels. Most recently, she led corporate communications in the EMEA region for the Japanese consumer goods manufacturer Kao.
