ASKO unveils brand-new Celsius NYACRAFT Oven Range

Premium Scandinavian appliance brand ASKO has introduced its newest innovation to the UK market – the Celsius NYACRAFT Oven Range. Comprising 4 models, the range is said to embody ASKO’s commitment to precision engineering, sleek design, and inspired functionality.

 

At the heart of the range is ASKO’s Celsius Cooking™ Technology, which uses multiple precision sensors to continuously monitor and regulate both moisture and temperature. The unique vaulted ceiling, inspired by traditional wood-fired ovens, ensures efficient, even air circulation, while strategically placed air vents distribute heat uniformly throughout the cavity. High-quality enamel coatings on the interior and trays enhance heat reflection, helping to achieve outstanding cooking performance.

 

The range also introduces next-generation sensor technology, including intelligent load detection that automatically assesses the amount of food in the oven cavity. Based on this data, the oven releases the optimal amount of steam to enhance flavour, retain nutrients, and deliver perfectly cooked dishes every time. To prevent excess moisture from dulling the texture or taste of your food, the advanced steam system continuously adjusts humidity levels and even opens the oven door when needed for automatic venting. For effortless maintenance, ASKO’s built-in moisture reduction feature makes clean up simple, with any residual condensation wiped away in seconds.

 

Wi-Fi connectivity via the ConnectLife app gives users remote access, monitoring, and control. The app connects with ASKO’s intelligent AI agent; the user simply shares what they’re cooking, and it will suggest the optimal cooking programme, temperature, time, and heating mode. It also allows the user to start the oven remotely.
