Woodstock completes Welsh Three Peaks Challenge raising over £3,000 for charity

British bathroom and kitchen brand Woodstock has completed the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge in continued support of St Michael’s Hospice. The team surpassed their fundraising target by 128%, raising vital funds for the charity’s essential care and support services.

The Woodstock team took on 3 of Wales’ highest peaks, Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan, completing the challenge in just under 14 and a half hours. Thanks to the generosity of supporters, the team has raised £3,215, exceeding its original £2,500 fundraising target. The funds will contribute to the hospice’s ongoing work, helping it provide essential care to patients and their families.

Charlotte Tilby, head of marketing at Woodstock, said: “We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with St Michael’s Hospice and to support the incredible work they do. Taking on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge was a fantastic opportunity for our team to come together for such an important cause, and we’re delighted to have exceeded our fundraising target.”

Woodstock has partnered with St Michael’s Hospice for over 2 years, most recently taking part in the hospice’s run event in May. The partnership also includes a staff volunteeringscheme, which gives employees a paid day off to volunteer with the charity and support its work in the local community.

Based in Hereford, St Michael’s Hospice is an independent charity providing free, specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people across Herefordshire and the surrounding areas. The charity is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life and supporting their families.
