VitrA to unveil new products and host talks for Clerkenwell Design Week 2026
Bathroom specialist VitrA has announced it will host a programme of product launches, talks and events in its London Specification & Design Hub during this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week, 19th - 21st May 2026.
Visitors can discover the newly launched and recently installed collections, including the contemporary, wall-hung Glora (pictured) and Sareta furniture collections, and the new V-Care 3 range, the next generation of smart toilets that prioritise intelligent hygiene, personal comfort and everyday wellbeing. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience these design-focused products firsthand and gain insight into their craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology.
VitrA will host 2 ‘In conversation with’ talks featuring leading industry voices. On Tuesday 19th May, VitrA’s head of design Nisan Tunçak will be joined by designer Terri Pecora for a conversation titled ‘From Concept to Culture: The Meaning of the Plural Collection in Today's Design Landscape’. The discussion will explore the story behind the Plural collection collaboration and examine contemporary design perspectives.
On Wednesday 20th May, VitrA will host Anne-Rachel Schiffman, discipline director and senior interior architect at Snøhetta, alongside Nisan Tunçak. 'Ceramics Forged in Light – VitrA x Snøhetta; A Conversation on Ceramics and Architecture’ will explore the inspiration behind the installation unveiled at the Interni showcase during Milan Design Week 2026 and the collaborative thinking behind its design.
VitrA will present its current RIBA-accredited CPD: Hygiene in Residential and Commercial Bathrooms, covering hygiene challenges in private residential spaces, offices and hotels, and the importance of smart product choices and innovative technologies. Aimed at architects and specifiers, the insightful session will provide insight into health, safety and wellbeing.
An additional highlight of the programme is the return of VitrA’s much-loved waffle bar, taking place each morning. Open to all, the informal breakfast gathering will offer freshly made waffles, tea and coffee. Guests can print a Clerkenwell Design Week badge and collect a VitrA tote bag before heading out to explore the rest of the festival.
