Bertazzoni launches new range cookers with air-fry functionality

Italian appliance brand Bertazzoni has further reinforced its innovation capabilities with the launch of 130 range cookers with air fry functionality. Available in Bertazzoni’s Professional and Heritage Series models, the programme is included in all widths (60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm), across single, double and triple gas and induction ovens.

Combining a high-temperature grill with forced ventilation, the air fry programme generates a continuous flow of hot air around the food. It ensures fast and even cooking via a dedicated tray, is a healthier way of cooking and delivers excellent results in terms of browning and crispiness.

Available in a total of 9 colourways across the Professional and Heritage Series, the air fry function will eliminate the need for counter-top air fryers. Highlights of the extensive launch are Bertazzoni’s first-ever 60cm Heritage Series range cookers, offered in stainless steel, ivory and black, colourways.
