Abode introduces new contemporary Linaro granite sink range

Sink and tap specialist Abode has introduced Linaro, a new granite sink range, which aims to answer the demand for minimalist design, durable surfaces, and enhanced functionality.

Each Linaro sink is made using SioForm+, Abode’s new granite sink material that is engineered to withstand the test of time and demands of a busy kitchen. The company says the 1.5 bowl models feature the slimmest dividing wall on the market and, at 37cm, the main bowl is wider than any other comparable sink. According to Abode, it is a full 50cm or 20% wider than equivalent 1.5 bowl sinks. Its overflow has been moved into the half bowl to enable the main bowl to be ‘filled to brim’ to give a much greater, usable depth without making the sink any deeper.

Designed to be fitted both inset and undermount, Linaro is compatible with all types of work surfaces. The single bowl comes in 3 widths to fit 50cm, 60cm or 80cm cabinets while the 1.5 bowl model fits a 60cm cabinet. It is currently available in Pure Black, Pure White or Slate Grey finishes, with Taupe Granite set to be launched later in the year.

Other features include a discreet integrated smart rail, which accommodates three practical accessories.
