Clearwater introduces new Stella tap featuring advanced water filtration

Clearwater Products has expanded its popular Tri-Spa collection with the Stella, a 3-way kitchen tap that is designed to meet growing consumer demand for healthier hydration and more sustainable living, delivering hot, cold and filtered water from a single tap.

Featuring a classic triple-lever design, the Stella provides intuitive control over domestic hot and cold water, while a dedicated central lever operates an independent sealed channel for filtered water. This ensures filtered drinking water remains completely separate from the mains supply, delivering purity while maintaining the convenience of a single tap installation.

Supplied with Clearwater’s advanced F6C1-UF Ultra Filtration cartridge, the Stella is developed in response to growing consumer awareness around water quality. The system incorporates an ultrafiltration membrane rated at 0.04 microns, designed to reduce microplastics, nanoplastics, bacteria, pathogens and fine particulates, while also helping to lower levels of PFAS and other contaminants.

To further enhance performance, the filtration process includes a carbon block stage that reduces chlorine and organic impurities, improving taste and odour without stripping water of its naturally beneficial minerals. Integrated KDF 55 media also helps inhibit limescale formation, while retaining essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium. 

Each Stella tap is supplied with Clearwater’s Pure FlowPro digital filter monitor, enabling users to track filter performance and replacement schedules with ease. The filter cartridge has a typical lifespan of up to 6 months or approximately 4,000 litres, helping to ensure consistently high water quality throughout its service life.

The Stella is available in 4 finishes – Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Brass and Matt Black – and features robust construction, operating from a minimum water pressure of just 0.5 bar.
