Roca Group UK welcomes three new business development managers to the team

Roca Group UK & Ireland has announced the addition of 3 new business development managers to the team. Andreea Simion, pictured left, is now merchant BDM for the South East; Shelley Conacher, centre, is retail & merchant BDM for Scotland; and Carly Bowman, right, is merchant BDM for South East and South Central.

“It’s fantastic to be part of such a respected manufacturer and I’m looking forward to working with showrooms and merchants across Scotland to bring the Roca and LAUFEN brands to life,” said Shelley Conacher, BDM for Scotland. “Before this, I was at Scope Bathrooms, working with designers, architects and developers on specification projects. This allowed me to develop strong relationships across the industry, which will stand me good stead for this new role.”

Carly Bowman, BDM for South East and South Central, was also previously in the bathroom industry, as an ASM at Aqualisa/Fortune Brands. She said: “I'm excited to begin this new chapter and work alongside such a talented team. Starting a new role is always an opportunity to learn and grow. I look forward to building on Roca's already strong foundations, developing new opportunities, and making a meaningful contribution to our future success.”

Merchant BDM for the South East, Andreea Simion has built an established career in the merchant sector, working for both Wolseley and opening a showroom for Grant & Stone. “Most recently, I was out on the road for Qualitex Bathrooms and now, for Roca, I’m looking after all the national groups,” she said. “I love the complexity of this job and the opportunities that it offers – from engaging in sales meetings, training and taking part in exhibitions to customer product training and contract support.”
