Bushboard has strengthened its product and design leadership team with the appointments of Victoria Hunashi as category manager for worktops and Emma-Louise Braham as design manager for the UK, supporting the continued evolution of its kitchen surfaces offering.

Victoria, pictured left, joins Bushboard with more than 13 years' experience in product and category management, bringing proven specialism in product development, range management and delivering commercially successful category strategies. In her new role, she will work closely with customers to translate market insights, evolving consumer needs and emerging trends into innovative product offerings. Responsible for the full product lifecycle, she will oversee everything from range development through to product launch, helping to drive category growth and enhance customer value.

Looking ahead, Victoria will play a key role in evolving Bushboard's portfolio through trend-led product development and innovation, working closely with the company's newly appointed design manager.

Emma-Louise Braham, pictured right, previously the brand’s product lead, has transitioned into the newly created role of Bushboard’s design manager UK, working across all products, from worktops to wall panels. The appointment reflects the company's commitment to strengthening its design capability and embedding design-led thinking across the UK business. In her new position, Emma-Louise will be responsible for establishing a clear and cohesive design direction, ensuring strong alignment across teams while supporting future product innovation.

Bushboard says that together, the appointments reinforce its 'commitment to innovation, customer-centric product development and design excellence, supporting the continued evolution of its worktops portfolio in line with market demand and emerging consumer trends'.
