BMA announces new vice president and two new board members

The Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA) has announced that Craig Baker, managing director at Kohler Mira, has been appointed as second vice president alongside Jason Parker, Thomas Dudley, who is first vice president. New board members Jen Cassidy, chief marketing officer at Bristan, and Antony Thompson, MD at Lecico, bring the total number of board members to 12.

Craig Baker said: “I am excited to continue working with the staff and the rest of the board at BMA, building on the momentum we have at the moment with our clear strategic direction on sustainability and compliance.”

Jen Cassidy said: “It is encouraging to see the industry come together for the greater good on issues like water efficiency and sustainability. I think we have many opportunities ahead of us to raise the profile of the bathroom sector.”

Antony Thompson commented: “BMA has enjoyed growth in membership in recent years and this a testament to the work of the board and the secretariat team. It is an engaging and proactive association which I’m proud to contribute to.”

BMA chief executive, Tom Reynolds, pictured here on the right with Craig Baker, left, at an event at the House of Lords last month, said: “Our new second vice president and board members will bring great perspective, and expert views on the future of the sector.

“The association membership is growing, and there are a lot of changes taking place in the manufacturing and the policy landscape at the moment. Their insight on our board will be invaluable in the coming years.”
