German kitchen manufacturer Bauformat has unveiled Treetime – a collection of six 'uber rustic' real timber doors. The doors feature several styles ranging from a mix of horizontal and vertical woodgrains, through to a distinctive 'blasted' finish, which has the appearance of having been sandblasted to achieve a more pronounced grain.
Each door in the Treetime range is said by the company to be substantially thicker than normal veneer, and features particular characteristics such as cracks, knots and woodgrain patterns. The doors are available in six finishes – Black Oak, New Oak, Carbon, Beach Wood, Smoke and Dark Oak, with the range offering a total of 36 options.
