International Decorative Surfaces (IDS) has announced the expansion of its flooring portfolio with the addition of its exclusive new water-resistant 12mm laminate range, Xtra Step.
Six real-wood effect decors are now available ex-stock, with each offering a high-quality flooring solution at a competitive price, making them ideal for use in both domestic and commercial settings.
The hardwearing 12mm-thick planks can be ordered in a range of on-trend shades, including grey, greige and oak, across three surface finishes: Linear Grain, Authentic Grain and Registered & Embossed.
The slip-resistant Xtra Step range features Aqua Protect technology for enhanced water resistance, with a three-year wet area warranty making it a solid choice for settings such as kitchens and bathrooms.
Manufactured by Unilin, the Xtra Step laminate features the unique and patented Uniclic locking system, which makes installation simple. It's also compatible with underfloor heating systems, and is available with colour-matched accessories.
The Xtra Step laminate range is FSC certified and supported by a 25-year residential warranty, with five years for commercial use. It's available with 24-48 hour delivery from all IDS branches nationwide.
