Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE), the UK's largest e-commerce kitchen retailer specialising in the sale of quality ex-display and used kitchens, has won the National Barclays Entrepreneur Award For Sustainability. The accolade follows their regional win in September 2022, and was awarded for what the judges described as a “game-changing business, addressing a need that has often been overlooked”.
Commenting on the win Helen Lord founder of UKE said: “We are extremely proud to be chosen as the winner of this prestigious award. This achievement bears testament to the commitment of our wonderful teams here at UKE and of course the support of the amazing KBB industry. We are extremely excited for the future and the groundbreaking developments we have in the pipeline.”
The Barclays Entrepreneur Awards comprise eight award categories, ranging from start-up to sustainable success. Their aim is to place game-changing entrepreneurs in the spotlight for their outstanding contribution to industry, the UK economy and society.
