Cersaie 2023 aims to redefine the concept of architectural design

Cersaie 2023, which will be held in Bologna from 25th to 29th September, is set to mark the exhibition's 40th anniversary, and organisers hope that it will 'further cement the show’s status as the most important international exhibition of trends and products in the world of ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings', and as such will provide a unique opportunity to discover the materials and trends that are redefining the concept of architectural design.

Over the course of four decades, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile & Bathroom Furnishings has firmly established itself as a go-to global event for industry professionals, architects and investors. It is hoped that Cersaie 2023 will be a unique opportunity to share ideas, discover the latest new products and take stock of everything that the show has achieved over the last 40 years.

The concept of stepping through time and space is central to this year’s communication campaign and reflects the idea that the 2023 show will 'build on the achievements of the past to take a giant leap into the future'. The visual concept for Cersaie 2023, pictured, consists of a symbolic image of a doorway through which the show’s visitors will step into the future and immerse themselves in a new dimension of architectural space. According to the organisers, ceramic tiles and bathroom furniture will be presented in an entirely new way. No longer confined to an autonomous and consequently limited dimension, these products will become part of a 'thought-provoking overall concept that encompasses space, quality of life and sustainability'.
