BC Designs has launched the Portman bath, which has been inspired by Art Deco design and reimagined as a contemporary piece by design director, Barrie Cutchie.
Featuring a modern, symmetrical silhouette, this freestanding bath is crafted from Cian, a solid piece of material made from naturally occurring materials and resin that enables the bath to remain warm to touch and retain heat – perfect for extra-long and luxurious soaks. The bath is also said to be durable, stain and scratch resistant.
Suitable for use with floorstanding or wall-mounted taps, it can be placed anywhere in a bathroom, giving homeowners plenty of choice when it comes to the positioning of their freestanding bath.
The Portman is available in a silk matt finish or ColourKast, with eight colours to choose from. It measures 1640mm in length and offers a 180 litre capacity.
