Franke has appointed 2 new Field Service Technicians to provide technical support to customers with their Instant Boiling Water taps, cooker hoods, and Waste Disposal Units (WDUs).
Cody Norton and Martin Collomosse have joined Franke’s Field Service team, covering the Midlands and East and the North respectively. Their hands-on experience and knowledge of plumbing and gas fitting, gained over many years, ensures they have a skill set to carry out this professional consumer facing role.
Cody and Martin will join the 5-strong team responsible for visiting customers’ homes or providing remote support to diagnose and repair issues with Franke products. They are also available to offer training to retailers on product installation in showrooms and to provide advice on technical and maintenance enquiries.
Franke’s comprehensive aftersales service includes an optional annual maintenance package for its instant boiling water taps, 360° support from the Consumer Care team for all inbound customer enquiries, online maintenance videos and guides, a product registration service, and more.
