Blum UK has announced that former technical manager Matthew Glanfield has taken over as new UK MD. The appointment comes following the retirement of Mark Richardson as MD at the end of June 2024. Sales & marketing director David Sanders will be taking on a new international role within the Blum Group from July 2024.
Ben Cullum takes on the role of sales director, Ben Muirhead will be head of business development & national sales manager, Ina Kacenaite is head of HR & development, Priti Briscoe is head of operational processes & projects, and seasoned Blum UK team member Matthew Walmsley is head of sales controlling & international exchange.
The company says the new team took on their roles on 1st July 2024. Mark Richardson will remain in the business until he leaves in 2025, supporting and sharing his experience with the new team. David Sanders continues to transition into his new role of international sales & marketing consultant to Blum’s global subsidiaries, whilst also remaining a director at Blum UK.
