Roca Group acquires Innotec to boost sanitary installation systems

Roca Group has acquired Innotec Systemelemente GmbH, German manufacturer of modular solutions for integrating structural elements in the bathroom. The purchase has been completed through Sanitärtechnik Eisenberg GmbH, the German subsidiary of Roca Group, specialist in bathroom installation systems.

Innotec offers a wide range of products that fit within Roca Group’s portfolio and supply chain, including modular solutions for integrating structural elements in the bathroom and other robotically welded fastening solutions. The company, located in Grossenhain (Germany), has a workforce of 68 employees and reported a turnover of €24.7million in 2023.

The purpose of the acquisition is to develop the business linked to bathroom installation systems, integrating it into the overall activities of the group, creating synergies and promoting innovation in this area. For Roca Group this acquisition is a strategic move due to the complementary nature of Innotec’s activities with its own portfolio and its growth potential in Europe and the EMEA region.

In May this year, the group acquired 2 new companies: Nosag and IneoCare. Both specialise in the manufacture of bathroom accessibility products for people with reduced mobility.
