Alan Dodds, chairman of Roca UK, is moving on after 25 years with the bathroom brand. MD of Roca UK since 1999, Alan took on the new role of chairman in 2022, helping to ensure the continued success and growth of the company in the UK and Ireland with incoming MD, Rashpal Sidhu. A respected figure in the industry, Alan was also elected president of the Bathroom Manufacturer’s Association (BMA) in 2018.

Notable accomplishments during Alan’s tenure include: Roca UK consistently achieving year-on-year market growth; the uniting of Laufen and Roca UK operations; the opening of the dedicated Roca office, showroom and distribution centre in Ireland; and the opening of the iconic Roca London Gallery designed by Zaha Hadid.

Miquel Angel Munar, senior MD, Roca Sanitario, S.A., commented: “I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alan for his exemplary leadership, unwavering dedication, and the genuine humanity he has consistently shown in his relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
