The KBSA has announced that Alina Addison, author, coach and founder of ADAPTAA, will present at the KBB Industry Conference 2025, which takes places on Wednesday 1st October.
Addison is a former managing director at Rothschild and chartered accountant with PwC, and she is the author of the best-selling book – “The Audacity Spectrum” , a guide to helping leaders embrace their unique strengths. In addition, Addison also co-owns a boutique hotel in Transylvania, where she hosts annual retreats designed to challenge, inspire, and empower leaders to step fully into their power.
Richard Hibbert, KBSA chair, said: “We are delighted that Alina will be joining us this year. Her unique perspective on bold, values-led leadership will be an inspiring addition to our programme. With her wealth of experience and passion for empowering others, Alina is set to spark powerful conversations and fresh thinking among our delegates.
The KBB Industry Conference 2025 is set to take place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, West Midlands. It will include the popular retailer dinner the evening before the conference on Tuesday 30th September, with the KBSA Designer Awards dinner following the conference on the evening of 1st October.
Hibbert added: “We hope to attract even more retailers than last year for what will be our biggest conference yet. ”
