UK manufacturer, Summerbridge, was selected to supply kitchens for the new IconInc Gravity student accommodation development in Lincoln. IconInc, a brand of The Park Lane Group, specialises in creating accommodation for student living and Lincoln-based development Gravity is its latest project, comprising seven different types of self-contained apartments, all featuring a Summerbridge kitchen.
The company was selected by the group to design and supply their kitchen cabinets, worktops, splashbacks, appliances, sinks and taps for the communal kitchen areas and for each self-contained apartment kitchen. The chosen kitchens were from the Summerbridge Urban range, with doors in a Cashmere finish. Solid surface glacier white worktops were installed in the communal kitchens, and hardwearing laminate worktops were specified in Anthracite metal rock in a slimline 25mm thickness in the apartments, giving the same contemporary look as a solid surface top.
“It’s great to see our products showcased in such a stylish setting,” said Summerbridge sales director, Mark Newton. “This is the first project we have worked on with The Park Lane Group – a prestigious developer whose prominent brands we are delighted to be associated with. Let’s hope that it is the first of many.”
