Blanco announces continued support for kitchen design students
Blanco has announced that it is set to continue to demonstrate its commitment to education through its sponsorship of the three-year FDA Kitchen Design course at Buckinghamshire New University.
In partnership with The Kitchen Education Trust (TKET), the scholarship aids students with a pre-existing passion for kitchen design to obtain the skills and qualifications that will lead to success in the industry.
Students like Lucy Heaney, who is the third student to be supported by Blanco in this way and whose family runs Woodbridge Interiors in Suffolk, receive a financial contribution that enables them to embark on a career in the industry.
“I would like to thank Blanco UK for this wonderful opportunity, offering me the part-time sponsorship for the FDA Kitchen Design course,” said Heaney, pictured on the right with her mother Sandra. “I am very much looking forward to starting my course and learning all about kitchen design. I will of course keep Blanco updated throughout my time at Bucks New Uni and how I am progressing on with the course."
