HIX announces plans to move to ExCel London from next year

HIX has announced plans to move from the Business Design Centre to ExCel London from next year, with the next show set to take place from 25th - 26th November 2026. Organisers say that the new show, which is being rebranded as HIX Europe, will be 'a connected and curated campus, bringing together the best in hotel design from across the continent in East London'.

The 'campus' concept reflects the fact that the AHEAD Europe awards ceremony will be taking place on 26th November at Docklands event venue Magazine, bringing together European hospitality designers, operators and developers who wish to attend both.

HIX Europe is being billed as an 'immersive experience on a level playing field, with speakers selected by Sleeper Magazine from the AHEAD Awards’ global pool of judges and shortlisted hotels will share inspirational ideas and insights, whilst exploring wider trends and topics that help hospitality happen'.
