BSH, the manufacturer of Bosch, Neff, Siemens and Gaggenau, has appointed Charlotte Green as the new CEO of its UK & Ireland subsidiary. She will take up the role from September 2026 and succeeds Gunjan Srivastava, who stepped down earlier this year.

Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience across retail, consumer and technology sectors and joins BSH from Amazon, where she has spent 15 years building and leading large, multi-market operations across the UK and Europe. She brings extensive expertise in commercial leadership, business transformation and scaling complex organisations. More recently, Charlotte led a broad European portfolio spanning multiple categories and channels, with responsibility for significant commercial operations and large international teams.

Charlotte Green said: “I have long admired BSH and its brands, both as a consumer and from within the industry, so it is a privilege to be joining the company at such an exciting time. I’m looking forward to working with the team to build on the strong foundations already in place, strengthen our position across the UK and Ireland, and continue building close relationships with customers, consumers and trade partners.”

Mirko Aksentijevic, head of markets, Region Europe, said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Charlotte to BSH. Her extensive experience in managing multiple portfolios across countries means she is well-placed to continue the growth of BSH in the UK & Ireland markets.

“The UK & Ireland business enjoyed a successful 2025 despite numerous market challenges and under Charlotte’s leadership, we are confident these successes will continue.”
