Rotpunkt unveils new Mediterranean-inspired Fenix door colour
German fitted furniture manufacturer Rotpunkt has unveiled Fenix Giallo Evora, a rich, warm colour that is inspired by a Mediterranean palette and 1 of 27 Fenix door colours now available in 2026.
Matt Phillips, head of UK operations at Rotpunkt, said: “Whether it’s the concept of slow living with kitchen environments that engage deeply with everyday experiences, or a love of warm, earthy tones, natural materials, and organic texture, the trend for sunbaked interior design is helping to introduce the rhythm of Mediterranean living into the UK kitchen space in 2026. A style which is known to combine rich wood finishes alongside a sunnier colour palette, sunbaked interiors are looking to shades of baked clay and earthy terracotta, honey yellow, dusty pink, and brick red this year to bring the essence of warmer climates into the kitchen living space.”
Defined by a vibrant colour palette, the new Fenix Giallo Evora offers a bold colour option with tones of sunny yellow. Inspired by Portuguese architecture in the ancient city of Evora, the door colour can be used across cabinets, worktops, splash backs and wall niches. Made using 50% renewable raw materials, it is said to be soft to touch, highly durable, and anti-fingerprint.
