Faucets' 21st Annual Charity Golf Day raises £11,700 for good causes

Bathroom distributor Faucets has once again brought together customers, suppliers and industry partners for its 21st Annual Charity Golf Day, raising £11,700 to be shared equally between the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association and Crownbridge School. Held at the Celtic Manor Resort on the renowned Twenty Ten Course, the event welcomed more than 90 guests for a day of golf, networking and fundraising, with all proceeds from the charity raffle, auction and the event's infamous golf fines contributing to the final total.

 

The Faucets Charity Golf Day has become one of the bathroom industry's most anticipated events, bringing together customers, partners and manufacturers while raising vital funds for charitable causes. This year's event marked the 21st year that the company has dedicated its annual golf day to supporting charities. Funds raised this year will be shared equally between the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association and Crownbridge School, helping both organisations continue their invaluable work supporting individuals, families and local communities.

The sun was shining, the 2010 Ryder Cup Course was in great condition, with some very challenging pin positions, as we welcomed over 90 guests. Every year, the guests tell me it's the best golf day in the industry. In fact, I've already had requests to be included for next year! Once again, we were raising money for charity. Our infamous golf fines made another appearance, and together with the raffle and auction we raised a fantastic £11,700. We really appreciate everyone's attendance, support and participation in helping 2 wonderful causes."
