ASR International appoints Gavin Horne to strengthen its KBB executive search offering

Specialist headhunting and executive search company ASR International has announced that Gavin Horne will join the business on 2nd November 2026. A highly regarded figure in the bathroom industry, Gavin brings more than 14 years’ experience working with UK and international bathroom manufacturers, most recently as national sales manager at Hotbath. His background spans commercial sales, strategy and customer development.

Gavin said: “I’m delighted to be joining ASR and starting a new chapter in my career. Having worked within the bathroom industry for many years, I understand how important the right people are to a business’s success. Gavin will focus on strengthening client relationships and developing ASR’s leadership and executive search offering across the bathroom, KBB and wider interiors sectors. His industry knowledge will help clients identify senior talent and support candidates considering their next career move.
