Bertazzoni, the premium Italian kitchen appliance specialist, has unveiled two new induction hobs.
The hobs, which were debuted at EuroCucina 2022, have been designed with integrated extraction in order to meet increasing demand for the dual-purpose appliance.
Both hobs are 80cm and are operated by slide controls, with ten power levels. They boast multizone technology, meaning their four cooking zones can be controlled in one single space.
They both have a timer that runs from 0-99 minutes for single or in-sync zones, while the impressive pause-and-recall functionality of the P804ICH2M37NT model allows users to pick up where they left off should they need to stop cooking temporarily.
Each hob also offers a filter saturation alert, which lets the user know when the grease filter needs cleaning and when the charcoal filter should be replaced.
The hobs are ideal for island installations due to their built-under motors, and also boast top energy class ratings.
Maurizio Severgnini, managing director of Bertazzoni UK & Eire, says: "Induction hobs have been growing in popularity over recent years and purchasers are increasingly opting for the technology over traditional gas options.
"Models with integrated extraction offer two appliance capabilities in one so are favoured by minimalists and style-conscious consumers alike. These new ‘aspiration induction’ hobs are no exception and offer an enviable combination of stylish design and expert engineering. Therefore, we’re really proud to add these impressive products to our extensive and growing appliance collection during our 140th anniversary year".
