Simon Acres named strategic alliance partner for NKBA Global Connect

KBB and merchant services provider Simon Acres Group (SAGL) has become a strategic partner of NKBA Global Connect – a programme that assists international companies interested in doing business in the North American kitchen and bathroom market.

Simon Acres Group MD Simon Acres interviewed NKBA executive VP Suzie Williford, when the NKBA visited London last month. Williford said: “Consumers in North America love products from the UK. They recognise the emphasis on good design and have a lot of trust in UK brands. Any company wanting to grow internationally can benefit from expanding into the North American market. Those that become part of the NKBA Global Connect programme will have access to a wide range of support services to help them navigate the market.

“An important part of the program are the activities we have in place to support our North American Kitchen and Bath Industry Show – KBIS. We host a Global Connect delegation and have developed the Global Connect Pavilion, which is an opportunity for new-to-the-show brands to test the waters without making a large resource commitment.”

Simon Acres added: “We are delighted to be a strategic alliance partner of the NKBA Global Connect programme and look forward to supporting UK and NKBA kitchen and bath industry collaborations in the future. The US market offers superb potential for growth, for our business and many others that we work with.

“We hope that others will join us and take advantage of the support available from NKBA and be part of KBIS, which will provide an audience of more than 100,000 people.”
