KBSA kicks off 2023 with boost to retail membership

The KBSA has revealed it has begun 2023 with five new retail members, and one foundation member. The retailers include Escapology Design in Gloucestershire; Holtams in Derbyshire; Mobalpa in Pinner, Nova Kitchen Designs in Surrey; The Kitchen and Bath Co in Leeds, and foundation member Three River Kitchens & Interiors in Essex.

Escapology Design is a family-run retailer offering kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. Its range includes traditional and contemporary style kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom furniture fittings. Holtams Kitchens and Bathrooms is a family-owned business with 30 years’ experience and a local reputation for outstanding service. Nova Kitchen Designs is an independent kitchen design studio with over 55 years of experience in designing kitchens and kitchen installations. Mobalpa is part of the French-owned franchise that sells through a network of showrooms. The Kitchen & Bath Co showcases a hand-picked selection of products from Europe’s leading manufacturers.

Three River Kitchens & Interiors launched its new showroom in 2022, serving the whole of Essex. With over 60 years of experience in kitchens, interiors, furniture, and furnishings, the team offer exquisite kitchen design and installation and can take on structural alterations, extensions or whole new builds as part of their service.

Retail and corporate membership director Malcolm Scott said: “I am delighted to welcome our five new members and foundation member to the KBSA. This year will be a significant year for the KBSA as we drive forward our ambitious plans to double our retail membership. Our 5-year plan includes a considerable investment to increase the profile of the KBSA and improve member benefits to include payment guarantee schemes, national credit card deals and others that will enable retailers to operate more efficiently and profitably. The support and business benefits that the KBSA provides makes it a trusted partner for independent retailers as they negotiate the uncertain times that lie ahead."
