Having Dawn leading our Learning and Development strategy will ensure all employees have the skills and knowledge to undertake their individual roles. She will focus on adding to the many various training resources PJH already offers, driving the success of the ELSA initiative and ultimately improving our ability to be our Customers First Choice.”
