As part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, Be Modern Group recently treated friends and colleagues to an evening birthday bash at South Shields Football Club. Guests attending the event enjoyed catering by Scream for Pizza and The Little Fishy Mobile Caterers throughout the evening, while music was provided by DJ Carl Dixon.
A highlight of the celebration was recognising dedicated employees who are currently marking long service anniversaries. Additionally, a touching tribute was paid to the company's late founder, Walter Bloodworth, with the unveiling of a custom-made memorial plaque in his honour.
Founded in 1964 by Walter Bloodworth and Sanford Gaudi, Be Modern, which is based in Jarrow, Tyne & Wear, operates from a state-of-the-art facility spanning 500,000sq ft. As well as Atlanta Bathrooms, Be Modern designs and manufactures a wide range of heating products, including fireplaces and fires with brands, Elgin & Hall, PRYZM & Flare Collection.
