Bathroom wall panelling brand Showerwall has taken on Chris Phillips as its newest area sales manager.
Chris, who has spent over 20 years working in the building industry across bathroom installation, merchant showrooms and distribution sales, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He spent 15 years managing a property maintenance business, which specialised in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and general maintenance for housing associations, before holding showroom management and sales roles for City Plumbing and Claygate Distribution.
In his new position, Chris will be managing and developing customer relationships across the Midlands, and joins a sales team undergoing rapid expansion, following the acquisition of Showerwall by Bathroom Brands Group in 2024.
Chris said: “I was already familiar with Showerwall and have long been a fan of wall panelling, having specified and managed its installation in many homes during my time in property maintenance. I have full trust in the product and have never experienced a single problem, from fitting right through to after sales.
“I have real faith in the Showerwall brand and the backing of Bathroom Brands Group puts the business in a really strong position. I’m excited to be part of this new chapter and to be telling customers that Showerwall is still here and that we very much mean business.
“Connecting with customers and sharing all the recent developments with them has already been exciting and there’s lots more to come as we move through the year – this is very much just the beginning.”
