Italian kitchen appliance specialist, Bertazzoni, has launched two new induction hobs with integrated extraction in order to meet growing demand for the dual-purpose appliance.
Previewed at EuroCucina 2022, both hobs are 80cm, are operated by slide controls and have 10 power levels. One of their most impressive features, however, is the multizone technology, enabling four cooking zones to be combined and controlled into one single space.
With a built-under motor, both hobs are said to be perfect for island installations where it may be difficult to install a suspended suction unit. They also rank as A and A+ respectively (P804ICH2M30NC and P804ICH2M37NT) on their energy class, providing the ultimate in efficiency.
