1810/SCHOCK to showcase collaboration and innovation at KBB Birmingham 2026
The 1810 Company has announced it is making a significant return to KBB Birmingham in 2026, marking its first appearance since becoming a SCHOCK Group Company. 1810 was acquired by SCHOCK – the inventors of the quartz composite sink – in 2022, with the companies joining forces to provide a comprehensive, design-led offering of kitchen sinks, taps and accessories to customers in the UK and Ireland.
MD at The 1810 Company, Bernhard van Ommen, explained how this collaboration has culminated in the strongest product portfolio in 1810’s history, with a blend of premium stainless steel, PVD, Fireclay and SCHOCK quartz composite sink models available with an extensive offering of taps and accessories.
“Our goal is to offer products that combine contemporary design with practicality,” he said. “Our collaborative effort with our colleagues at SCHOCK has allowed us to do exactly this – with an ever-growing, innovative range of products suitable for all types of kitchen projects, whatever the design preference. The KBB exhibition allows us to present these innovations directly to the industry, celebrating our design-led approach and our collaboration with SCHOCK.”
Located at Stand J80 for this year’s KBB Birmingham exhibition, 1810/SCHOCK will be using the opportunity to showcase its collaboration with some of its most unique, premium kitchen sink and tap solutions.
Product displays will feature some new, never-seen-before additions to the 1810/SCHOCK portfolio, with an exciting new CRISTADUR® model in the spotlight, and a dedicated display area for an all-new twist on The 1810 Company’s innovative AXIX sink. Exciting new features also include the chance to see first-hand the new CRISTADUR® Magnolia shade, a new Aged Brass tap finish option and some all-new practical pull-out tap options. Alongside the new highlights, longstanding favourites will also make a return to the show with a colourful Spirale feature set to showcase one of 1810’s most-loved products, while the HEX, Zen15 PVD and SCHOCK’s CRISTADUR® range will also be on show.
Bernhard added: “With a portfolio that balances standard and unique size options, 1810 continues to appeal to kitchen professionals and homeowners who value superior quality, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking design. We’re excited to welcome people to our stand during the event and to share with visitors some of the exciting innovations we’ve brought to the table.”
The 1810/SCHOCK will be based at Stand J80 in Hall 19 from 1st March to 4th March.
